The City of Modesto, located in Stanislaus County, California, is seeking qualified bidders for the delivery of nitrogen gas for its Wastewater Treatment process. This gas is essential for purging the headspace of anaerobic digesters during start-up and shutdown procedures at the City's Primary Treatment Plant. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of nitrogen gas to support wastewater treatment operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering industrial-grade nitrogen gas suitable for inserting and purging process equipment. The estimated delivery frequency is twice per year, with each delivery including a Bill of Lading and Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Deliveries must be made to the City of Modesto Regional Water Recycling Facility located at 1221 Sutter Ave., Modesto, CA 95354, on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) between 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 12:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M., excluding holidays. All deliveries must occur within fourteen (14) business days after an order is placed and must be signed for by an approved onsite City Representative.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement will be two years, with three optional one-year extensions available at the City's discretion, allowing a total potential contract duration of up to five years.
