The City of Stockton is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting services. The work of the contract involves serving as a DEI Consultant for the City of Stockton, ensuring that all services are delivered in strict accordance with the provided specifications. This solicitation is issued by the City of Stockton, California, hereafter referred to as the City. The City is inviting proposals from consultants or consultant teams, referred to as Proponent, to support its DEI initiatives. The background of this contract is to engage a DEI Consultant for the City of Stockton, under RFP #PUR 25-006, to enhance the City's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Contract requirements specify that each Proponent must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specifications available on the City's website at www.stocktonca.gov/adminbid. Each proposal must be clearly marked "PROPOSAL" and indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date. Instructions for submission require that sealed proposals be received no later than Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 2:00 pm (local time).
