CSUCO / CSU Event Planner Services

Background
The California State University Office of the Chancellor (CSUCO) is seeking an Event Planner to provide services to its departments and staff, as well as to any requesting CSU campus. This initiative aims to enhance event planning capabilities across the CSU system.

Work Details
The selected Event Planners will be responsible for providing comprehensive event planning services, which include but are not limited to: organizing on-site events at the CSUCO, coordinating events in various cities or states, and offering flexibility for both in-person and virtual event hosting.

The contract will be awarded as a Master Agreement (MA) to multiple vendors based on best-value criteria, although it does not guarantee work for the CSUCO or campuses.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to open on January 6, 2025, and close on January 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the California State University Office of the Chancellor (CSUCO) and potentially at various CSU campuses across different cities or states.
