Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a General Engineering Contractor license (Class A) as required by California law. They must also register with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) prior to bidding. The successful bidder will need to provide performance and payment bonds totaling 100% of the contract amount. Additionally, at least 50% of the work must be performed by the bidder's own forces.
