Corridors Sewer Improvements project

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for design services for the Corridors Sewer Improvements project. The work under this contract involves providing design solutions to address capacity deficiencies identified in the City's existing sewer infrastructure, specifically within Cirby Trunk A, as part of the broader Corridors Sewer Improvements initiative. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing design plans that support necessary upgrades to the sewer system to accommodate anticipated development in areas served by Cirby Trunk A and B. This solicitation is issued by the City of Roseville, which owns and operates a network of gravity sewers, pump stations, and force mains serving customers within the City's limits. The City's system also includes regional facilities that convey flow from South Placer Wastewater Authority (SPWA) partner agencies. SPWA's Cirby Trunk A and Cirby Trunk B sewers transport wastewater from the City and the South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD) to the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP). The background for this contract stems from the City's 2022 Commercial Corridors Specific Plans Sewer Evaluation, which identified a capacity deficiency in Cirby Trunk A. In response, the City commissioned the Cirby Trunk A Alternatives Modeling Results Technical Memorandum in 2023 to identify and evaluate potential solutions. The Corridors Sewer Improvements Project was subsequently initiated to implement improvements addressing this deficiency. Contract requirements include the provision of comprehensive design services for the Corridors Sewer Improvements project, ensuring that the proposed solutions effectively resolve the identified capacity issues and support future development needs.
