Construction Management, Inspection, Monitoring and Grant Administration Services for the Campus Park Activation Project

Scope of Work Requested:
The City of Oxnard Public Works Engineering Division is seeking qualified and experienced construction management firms to deliver the following services for the Campus Park Activation Project at 401 S H St., Oxnard, CA 93033:

• Comprehensive construction management
• Inspection and monitoring services
• Grant administration support

This project will activate approximately 26 acres of Campus Park, transforming it through a community-driven design that introduces a wide variety of nature-inspired amenities for both residents and visitors.
