Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Software Solution

Background
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (RivCoParks), is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Centralized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) solution. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime and maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across multiple park facilities and assets.

Work Details
The CMMS solution must include capabilities for automated work order management, preventive and predictive maintenance planning, asset and inventory tracking, mobile access for field technicians, comprehensive reporting and analytics, and integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, and GIS.

Security features, compliance capabilities, scalability for future growth, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for predictive maintenance are essential. The system will support 28 administrative users annually.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year with an option to renew for up to four additional years in one-year increments. The total funding available under this RFP shall not exceed $180,000 through June 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across multiple park facilities managed by the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with vendor registration processes on the County’s website and Public Purchase. They must provide proof of designation as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business or Local/Small Business if applicable. Additionally, bidders must submit required documentation to qualify for any procurement preference programs.
