Community Summit and Strategic Plan Development for Hate-Free Together

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified community nonprofits and consultants to provide community summit planning and strategic planning support for the Hate-Free Together campaign, per scope of work, as outlined in this RFP.

Vendors who submit a response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ.

Any questions must be submitted in writing, via BeaconBid, by 2:00 PM, Friday, April 4, 2025, all questions will be compiled and answered on or before Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Please do not email individual County staff with your questions.

All proposal submission deadline is Friday, April 18, 2025, by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
