Commencement Photography RFP

Background
The contract is issued by California State University (CSU) to secure photography services for various commencement events throughout the year.

The goal of the contract is to ensure professional photography coverage for GradFest and commencement ceremonies, as well as additional services for campus departments as needed.

Work Details
The Proposer shall perform all required photography services for CSU at GradFest and all commencement ceremonies throughout the year.

Additionally, they shall provide any other required photography services for campus departments on an as-needed basis, charging for time and materials.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed throughout the year, covering multiple commencement events and GradFest.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at California State University campuses during commencement events and other related activities.
