Commencement Apparel RFP

Background
The California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) is seeking proposals for the sale of commencement apparel merchandise.

The goal of this contract is to provide apparel services during commencement-related events and ceremonies, which are integral to the university's mission of celebrating student achievements.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform the necessary services for the sale of specific apparel merchandise at CSUSM commencement-related events and ceremonies.

This includes managing sales during multiple events occurring within a single day or across multi-day events. The services must be provided outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on 12/20/2024 and will close on 1/27/2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) during commencement-related events.
