Cochrane Fence System - CLEARVU INVISIBLE WALL

Background
The City of Los Angeles, through its Department of General Services, is seeking quotations for the Cochrane Fence System - CLEARVU INVISIBLE WALL. Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products as part of the Cochrane Fence System:
- 38 Taper Locking Posts (Moss Green)
- 2 Square Posts
- 39 ClearVu Invisible Wall Panels
- 312 Anti-Scale Devices

Additionally, freight services for loading and unloading will be included. All products must be sourced from Cochrane, USA Inc., with no substitutions allowed. Bidders must submit proof of authorization as distributors for these products.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain effective until December 16, 2026. There is an option for additional quantities to be purchased at the same prices if exercised before this date.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the products will be San Pedro, CA 90731, with specific details provided upon receipt of a purchase order.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors of Cochrane products and are required to submit a notice from the manufacturer confirming their status. Additionally, bidders should comply with various ordinances including the Equal Benefits Ordinance, Non-Discrimination Clause, and Living Wage Ordinance as applicable.
