Cloud Services Migration

Background
The County of Orange is seeking information to support the development of its Cloud Services Migration project. This initiative aims to migrate all existing cloud services, applications, and data currently hosted on Azure to a new Cloud Service Provider. The County may award contracts to one or multiple respondents based on the proposals received.

Work Details
The scope of services includes the migration of virtual machines, databases, storage, networking configurations, and application services from Azure to the selected Cloud Service Provider. Detailed specifications for the migration process are outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) attachment.

Period of Performance
The anticipated schedule for this project begins with the issuance date of September 15, 2025. Responses are due by November 3, 2025. The exact period of performance will be determined based on the awarded contract(s).

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract is primarily within Orange County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must be certified as a Local Small Business (OCLSB) or a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) by the State of California Department of General Services (DGS). Additionally, bidders must provide their DUNS number and demonstrate experience in similar engagements with governmental agencies.
