Background
San Bernardino County is procuring Claroty xDome medical device and software solutions to enhance the cybersecurity, visibility, and management of connected medical devices within Arrowhead Regional Medical Center facilities. The goal of this procurement is to ensure that the medical devices are secure and efficiently managed.

Work Details
The procurement includes the following specifications:

- **Product Scope**: Claroty xDome Device and Software platform, including all necessary modules for medical device inventory, network monitoring, threat detection, and risk management.

- **Design Specifications**: The system must be fully compatible with existing network infrastructure, supporting integration with hospital information systems, security information and event management (SIEM) tools, and other relevant IT security platforms. The software must comply with applicable healthcare cybersecurity standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidance on medical device security.

- **Product Quantities**: Licenses and subscriptions sufficient to cover 2,700 devices within Arrowhead Regional Medical Center facilities, including any required server, cloud, or on-premises components.

- **Training and Documentation**: Vendors shall provide comprehensive user and administrative training along with technical documentation, configuration guides, and maintenance instructions.

- **Support**: The vendor shall provide technical support including software updates, patch management, and incident response.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from April 2026 with an expected completion date in June 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center located at 400 N. Pepper Ave., Colton, CA 92324.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify that they are registered in the United States General Services Administration’s System for Award Management (SAM) and that they are in good standing with the California Secretary of State if applicable. They must also disclose any criminal or civil proceedings or public contract terminations as specified in the solicitation.
