Background
The City of Corona Community Services Department (CSD) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for city-wide window washing and solar panel cleaning services. The goal of this contract is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of various city facilities, ensuring that both windows and solar panels are properly serviced to enhance their performance and appearance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. **Window Cleaning Services**:
- Perform window cleaning at various facilities as directed by the City of Corona, including multiple story buildings, both interior and exterior surfaces, using soft water for spot-free results. Contractors may be required to furnish materials, equipment, and supplies.

2. **Solar Panel Cleaning Services**:
- Conduct routine cleaning of solar panels, which includes visual inspections and cleaning. The contractor must also provide necessary materials and equipment for this service.

3. **Locations for Service**:
- Services will be performed at specified locations including City Hall, Animal Control, Corona Library, Vicentia Activity Center, among others.

4. **Response Time**:
- Contractors must respond to non-emergency requests within 2 business days and be available 24/7 for emergency requests.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be approximately two years, effective from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with options for two additional one-year renewals based on need.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Corona, California.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must have been in business as the same entity for a minimum of two years and possess all valid licenses required for the work prior to contract award. Additionally, contractors must comply with prevailing wage laws as per California regulations and are required to submit certified payroll records.
