City of Rancho Cordova Surface Treatment Project - Anatolia

Background
The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking competitive bids for the Surface Treatment Project in the Anatolia neighborhood. The estimated construction cost is $1,300,000. This project aims to enhance the infrastructure within the city, specifically focusing on surface treatment to improve road conditions.

Work Details
The work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the surface treatment project in the Anatolia neighborhood. This encompasses all incidental work to be completed within the limits shown on the Plans.

The contractor must comply with California Department of Transportation 2018 Standard Specifications and 2023 Standard Plans, as well as Sacramento County Standard Construction Specifications adopted November 2024. Specific tasks include:
- Surface treatment of roads
- Compliance with prevailing wage laws
- Submission of daily progress reports via Virtual Project Manager (VPM)
- Coordination with local utilities and trash collection services
- Protection and restoration of private property and landscaping affected by construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of sixty (60) working days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the City.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the Anatolia neighborhood of Rancho Cordova, California.
