Cisco Advantage and Cisco Meraki - Notice for Interstate Cooperative

The Port of Portland is seeking to procure Cisco DNA Advantage and Cisco Meraki products and services through an interstate cooperative agreement. This contract work involves the purchase of these Cisco solutions under the NASPO Software Value Added Reseller (SVAR) Cooperative Contract AR3227-1605. The intent is to enter into a contract with CompuNet, Inc. for this procurement. The estimated cumulative value of the contract is up to $1,697,404.25 over a five-year period, with the contract term effective for 60 months from the date of purchase. The NASPO Software Value Added Reseller (SVAR) serves as the administering agency for this cooperative contract. This public notice is issued in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute 279A.200, which governs interstate cooperative procurements. Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders are invited to submit written comments regarding the Port's intent to contract with CompuNet, Inc. Comments must be addressed to the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and received no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 22, 2025. Comments received after this deadline will not be considered. The Manager of Contracts & Procurement will respond to all timely comments and will make a written determination regarding whether the cooperative procurement is in the best interest of the Port of Portland.
