Background
The Circle Park Improvement Project is a public works project located in South Gate, California. Work Details
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents.
The general items of work include the renovation of the existing park, grading, installation of a new playground plaza, Water Play area, picnic shelters and tables, basketball court,
Pickle Ball court and a Futsal court,
new irrigation system and landscaping with drought-tolerant plants,

Period of Performance
All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within One Hundred Sixty-Five (165) Working Days.
