The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that to provide Parking Lot Repair, Reseal, and Restripe Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Parking Lot Repair, Reseal, and Restripe Services at the CHP Porterville Area Office. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and safety of the parking lot, ensuring it meets the operational needs of the CHP. This IFB (Invitation for Bids) is open to all eligible firms that meet the qualification requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive services as detailed in Exhibit A, entitled 'Scope of Work'. This includes:
1) Repairing existing pavement;
2) Resealing surfaces to protect against weathering;
3) Restriping parking lot lines and markings according to current standards.
All work must comply with applicable regulations and standards set forth by the CHP.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026. The term may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP Porterville Area Office located at 861 W. Morton Avenue, Porterville, CA 93257.
