Services will be performed at the CHP Oakland Area office located at 3601 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, CA 94609.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid C-27 Landscaping Contractor license issued by the California Contractor’s State License Board. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and comply with prevailing wage requirements. The Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement has been waived for this solicitation.
