Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services at the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF). The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the parking lot, which is essential for the facility's operations. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive steam cleaning services for the parking lot at CHP's CVEF. This includes removing dirt, debris, and stains from the surface to maintain a clean and safe environment. Specific tasks include:

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet several requirements to qualify for this contract:
- Hold a valid California State License Board License – C61/D38 – Sand and Water Blasting Contractor.
- Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as per California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773, and 1773.1.
- Provide proof of liability insurance as specified in Exhibit E of the IFB.
- Meet a minimum Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 5%.
- Attend a mandatory walk-through scheduled for May 1, 2025, at the job site prior to submitting a bid.
