Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance services for automatic gates and roll-up doors as detailed in Exhibit A, entitled 'Scope of Work.' The services will be performed at the CHP Hayward Area office located at 25100 Santa Clara St., Hayward, CA 94544.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid California Contractor’s State License Board (CSLB) C-61/D-28 Doors, Gates and Activating Devices License. They must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code Sections 1770, 1773, and 1773.1. Corporations must certify they are in good standing to conduct business in California. The successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance that meets specified requirements before agreement execution.
