Child and Adult Care Food Program - CACFP CPU 20 Unitized Meals

Work Requested:
The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive meal preparation and delivery services for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) during the FY 2026 2027 program year. The scope of work includes:

• Preparing and delivering unitized meals to eleven (11) MAOF-operated locations throughout the program year.
• Ensuring all meals meet USDA CACFP meal pattern requirements for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool-aged children.
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding meal service and nutrition standards.

Requesting Organization:
The solicitation is issued by the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF).

Background:
This contract supports the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), which provides nutritious meals to children in care settings. MAOF operates eleven (11) locations that will participate in the program during FY 2026 2027.

Contract Requirements:
Vendors must:

• Prepare and deliver all meals directly to the designated MAOF locations.
• Ensure strict adherence to USDA CACFP meal pattern requirements for all age groups served (Infant, Toddler, Preschool).
