Background
The State of California, through the Department of Water Resources (DWR), is seeking professional consulting services to support organizational change, communications, and workforce effectiveness. The contractor will provide consulting services that include:

Period of Performance

Work will be performed at the contractor's facility and at the DWR-O&M Headquarters located at 715 P Street, 5th Floor, Sacramento, California 95814.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program participation requirements with a minimum commitment of three percent (3%). They must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience in relevant consulting services for large organizations and submit required documentation including resumes for proposed personnel and certifications where applicable.
