Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ) #22A1291 for certified Small Business (SB), Micro Business (MB), or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) contractors.

The purpose of this contract is to provide security system services, specifically installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support for Bosch Intrusion Systems and Comelit PAC Access Control System. This contract aims to enhance the security infrastructure within Sacramento County.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, supplies, travel, parts, and incidentals necessary to provide the following services:

1. Routine installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support services for Bosch Intrusion Systems and Comelit PAC Access Control System (300 hours estimated).
2. Non-routine installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support services for Bosch Intrusion Systems and Comelit PAC Access Control System (20 hours estimated).
3. Supply of 5 boxes of 200 Access Cards (7S-K3011).
4. Supply of 10 Comelit PAC Door Controllers (7S-512DC).
5. Supply of 5 Comelit PAC 2 Door IP Door Controllers (7S-512DCI).
6. Supply of 4 Comelit PAC 2 Door Controller Kits (CU-PACDCISTR).

The total bid proposal must not exceed $461,000.00.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 1, 2025 (estimated), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later.

The contract will expire on April 30, 2027 (estimated). Routine services shall be provided during normal business hours from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State holidays.
