CEQA Consulting Services for TTM 38979 Valle De Los Tres Cerritos

Requested Work:
The City of Hemet is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a third-party peer review of a Draft Consistency Analysis with the City of Hemet 2030 General Plan, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183. The selected consultant will also review CEQA Technical Studies that have been prepared by the Applicant's consulting team for the proposed project, TTM 38979 Valle De Los Tres Cerritos.

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued by the City of Hemet.

Background:
The City is undertaking this process to ensure that the Draft Consistency Analysis and associated CEQA Technical Studies for the proposed project are thoroughly and impartially reviewed by an independent third party. This review is required to confirm consistency with the City of Hemet 2030 General Plan and compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.

Contract Requirements:
The selected consultant will be responsible for:

• Providing a scope of services for the peer review process
• Developing a schedule for completion of the review
