California Environmental Quality Act Consultant Services For Water Supply Options

The City of Santa Rosa (the City ) is seeking a qualified environmental consultant to lead the preparation of environmental documents and public input process in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act ( CEQA ) to support the City's further exploration and potential implementation of expanded water supply options to promote resiliency and reliability for the City's customers (collectively, Consultant Services ). The water supply options to be analyzed include several groundwater supply strategies, including new groundwater production wells, converting existing emergency wells into production wells, and local aquifer storage and recovery wells. These Consultant Services will be completed in accordance with the Scope of Services included in Exhibit A to this RFP.
