Background
The San Diego Unified School District is seeking bids for cafeteria equipment to support its mission of providing quality food services to students.
The goal of this contract is to procure necessary equipment that meets the district's specifications and enhances the overall cafeteria experience for students.

Work Details
Bidders are required to submit bids for cafeteria equipment as specified in the bid detail, description, and scope noted in the Planet Bids portal.
Each line item must be priced separately, and bidders must provide a firm-fixed price per line item.
Bidders are encouraged to offer alternate or equivalent items but must provide detailed specifications, catalogs, and pictures of such items.
All prices must include delivery, freight, and applicable training.
Bids that restrict minimum order quantities or values will be rejected.
Required documents accompanying bids include a Non-Collusion Declaration, Drug-Free Workplace Certification, Reference List, W-9 & Form 590, and Insurance Documents as noted in the Sample Agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined upon award but typically spans several months to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

Place of Performance
The performance location for this contract will primarily be within the facilities of the San Diego Unified School District.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including submission through the Planet Bids portal and adherence to pricing schedules without modifications via paper or electronic means.
Additionally, bidders must provide necessary certifications such as Drug-Free Workplace Certification and references from previous contracts involving similar goods, preferably with California School Districts.
