The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (PWP) is seeking qualified vendors to supply Cables and Actuators for Gas Turbines GT-3 and GT-4 located at the Glenarm Power Plant in Pasadena, California. These components are essential for the accurate monitoring and reliable operation of the gas turbines, adhering to specific technical specifications and quality standards outlined in this procurement.
Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and deliver two separate actuators and two separate cables compatible with General Electric Model LM6000 PC aero-derivative gas turbines. The specific items include:
1) General Electric Actuator, VBV L43419P04;
2) General Electric Actuator, VBV L43419P07;
3) General Electric Cable Left Side L47074P02;
4) General Electric Cable Right Side L43352P02.
Each item must be accompanied by a Certification of Conformity or Certification of Conformance. Deliveries must be made to the City of Pasadena Power Plant at Gate #7, 85 E. State Street, Pasadena, CA 91105, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., with prior notification to the Power Plant Manager at least 24 hours before delivery.
Period of Performance
The contract is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2029.

Bidder Requirements
