Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, calibration, and repair services for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Computer System at Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP) and the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).
The goal is to ensure the effective operation of these systems, which are critical for the management of prison facilities and wastewater treatment.
This contract aims to support CDCR's mission by maintaining essential infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, licenses, maintenance, and transportation necessary for the following services:
1. Preventative maintenance on the SCADA Computer System.
2. Emergency repair services as needed.
3. All necessary parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
The work will be performed at the CDCR facilities located at 5905 Lake Earl Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this agreement shall be from July 1, 2026 or upon CDCR approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2029.
There is an option for one additional year extension based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Pelican Bay State Prison and Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 5905 Lake Earl Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be headquartered and doing business within the United States; foreign firms are not eligible to respond.
The maximum amount of subcontracting allowed is 40%, with a requirement to provide a letter of explanation if exceeding this limit.
Bidders must also possess valid California Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certifications if applicable.
