Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) C5612665-D for Hood and Duct Cleaning Services. The purpose of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of hood and duct systems across various CDCR facilities statewide. This is essential for maintaining operational standards and compliance with health regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive Hood and Duct Inspection and Cleaning Services at designated CDCR locations. This includes:
- Conducting thorough inspections of hood and duct systems to identify any issues or areas needing attention.
- Performing cleaning services that meet industry standards to ensure all systems are free from grease, debris, and other contaminants.
- Providing documentation of services rendered, including service reports as outlined in Exhibit A-2.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations during the cleaning process.

Period of Performance
The anticipated date for commencement of services is July 1, 2025, with the term of the agreement ending on May 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation facilities statewide as specified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
