C5612515-D Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services

Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is issuing this solicitation for Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services at the Correctional Training Facility (CTF) located in Soledad, CA.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevators within the facility through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, inspection, and repair services which include:
1. Quarterly Maintenance Service for various types of elevators:
- 4,000 lb. Passenger (Electrical Overhead): 20 services per year
- 8,000 lb. Freight (Hydroelectric): 20 services per year
- 500 lb. Dumbwaiter (Electric): 40 services per year
2. Non-Emergency Repair Services during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) with an estimated total of 500 hours.
3. Emergency Repair Services with an estimated total of 120 hours.
4. Parts Estimate for the term of the agreement totaling $10,000.
5. All costs must include labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, permits/licenses, transportation, and any other necessary expenses.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified term as outlined in the agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Correctional Training Facility located at Highway 101 N, Soledad, CA 93960.
