The contractor is responsible for meeting all the licenses required to perform the services in the scope of work. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE) is waived for this project, bidding firms are still encouraged to partner with DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers whenever possible DVBE Incentive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the participation goal per the DVBE Notice to determine the successful bidder. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses.
