Background
The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) of California is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) # C25073017 for the renewal of Recast Software Subscription and Support.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and products:
1. Recast Software Application Workspace - Cloud (7,000 user-based licenses)
2. Right Click Tools Essential Standard (5,000 devices)
3. Installation of Liquit Workspace, Patch & Release, and Satellite/Agent
4. Technical support for software-related issues including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and guidance for DPR IT staff.
5. On-the-job training for DPR IT staff.
6. Project management for implementation.
7. Integration with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for Single Sign-On (SSO).
8. Delivery of examples based on customer application needs and integration of all SaaS applications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from June 3, 2026, to June 2, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations as designated by the Department of Parks and Recreation in California.
