Bureau of Gambling Control RFI

Background
The Bureau of Gambling Control (BGC) is seeking to replace its current system and is conducting a market research effort to gather information and suggestions from experienced sources, suppliers, and qualified service providers. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit pricing information for the complete solution (software included) and for separate pricing for the software and services, including implementation, subscription, and maintenance for one year. The DOJ cannot guarantee that any future business will result from the information provided, nor shall it pay for the information provided.

Work Details
Vendors are required to complete a cost estimate worksheet that includes all software, hardware, third-party tools, and vendor services costs by year (per 12-month period). The response should include details on software one-time costs, vendor services one-time costs, software maintenance and licensing costs for Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
Respondents may respond with a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), however, any response must be clearly identified as such. Additionally, vendors are requested to submit their company information, main products/services, main market/customers, years on the market providing related services, company CEO details, parent corporation and/or subsidiaries (if applicable), resellers or channel partners providing services.

Period of Performance
The key action dates for this RFI are as follows: Release of the RFI - March 5, 2024; Last Day to Submit Questions on the RFI - March 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM PT; Last Day to Submit RFI Response - March 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM PT.
The DOJ may modify these dates at its discretion via addendum to the RFI.
