Buena Vista Road Resurfacing

Work Requested:
The contract work involves the complete resurfacing of the south segment of Buena Vista Road. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Roadway excavation
• Placing and compacting hot mix asphalt paving
• Traffic handling
• Pavement delineation
• All other items or details required by the plans and specifications, even if not explicitly mentioned above

Background:
The Buena Vista Road Resurfacing - South Segment project has an estimated construction cost between $1.0 Million and $1.5 Million. Contractors must possess a valid Class A or C12 license to be eligible for this project.

Contract Requirements:
All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified in the project plans and specifications must be provided by the contractor.

Bid documents and project information are available for examination at the General Services Administration office, 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Telephone inquiries can be made at (209) 223-6375. Documents may also be downloaded for free from the Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca. A $40.00 non-refundable deposit is required for each physical Bid Document set; documents downloaded online are free.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the General Services Administration:

Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM, Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration at the Martell address.
