Broken Window Repair and Replacement Services for State Facilities

Background
The State of California, through the Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD), is responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating state buildings and grounds statewide. This contract aims to procure services for Broken Window Repair and Replacement on state property, as authorized under Government Code Section 14685 (a).

The goal is to ensure the integrity and safety of state facilities by addressing window damage effectively.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for Window Replacement services for 214 windows as identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. The services include:
- Repair, replacement, and installation of windows.
- Boarding and un-boarding windows.
- Application of anti-graffiti film, specialty etched glass, and window tint.

The specific location for service delivery is the Ronald Reagan Building (#509), located at 300 South Spring Street Suite 1726, Los Angeles, CA 90013. The Contractor must adhere to all specifications outlined in Attachment 10, Sample Standard Agreement and Exhibits.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years. The rates specified in the cost sheet will remain effective throughout the contract duration.

Services will be performed at the Ronald Reagan Building (#509), located at 300 South Spring Street Suite 1726, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
