Work Requested:
The San Diego Unified School District Food and Nutrition Services department is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of fresh bread products. The contract will be awarded at a firm, fixed price for the duration of the agreement. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering bread products as specified, with the understanding that the District is not obligated to purchase any specific quantity actual quantities may vary significantly from estimates.

• The contract term is three years, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
• There are two (2) one-year renewal options available.
• Payment terms are NET 30.
• All bread products supplied must conform to the requirements and specifications detailed in the Pricing Schedule and Product Specifications (Exhibit B).
