Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking bids for Canva Enterprise Licenses to enhance its graphic design capabilities. Canva is an online platform that allows users to create visually appealing content such as social media graphics, presentations, and posters using a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the DSH with Canva Enterprise Service for 50 users. The services will be performed at various DSH locations including:

- DSH-Atascadero
- DSH-Coalinga
- DSH-Metropolitan
- DSH-Patton
- DSH-Napa
- DSH-Sacramento

The contractor must also comply with specific requirements regarding the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technology in relation to the deliverables.

Period of Performance
The term of this agreement is 12 months upon execution.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the following locations:

- DSH-Atascadero: 10333 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93423-7001
- DSH-Coalinga: 24511 West Jayne Avenue, Coalinga, CA 93210
- DSH-Metropolitan: 11401 South Bloomfield Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650
- DSH-Patton: 3102 East Highland Avenue, Patton, CA 92369
- DSH-Napa: 2100 Napa-Vallejo Highway, Napa, CA 94558-6293
- DSH-Sacramento: 1215 O Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must notify the State in writing if they intend to provide GenAI as a deliverable or utilize GenAI from third parties that materially impacts functionality or risk to the State. The contractor must also comply with all applicable legal obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Protection Act (CCPA).
