Bluebeam Subscriptions and Subscription Renewals

Background
The City of Santa Monica is seeking to continue and expand its Bluebeam software subscription pool. The City currently maintains 52 Bluebeam subscription licenses, which include 29 Core seats and 23 Complete seats.

Bluebeam software facilitates the creation, editing, reviewing, marking up, and collaboration on digital plans and project documents in a secure cloud-based environment. This integration is crucial for maintaining operational continuity and improving interdepartmental coordination as the City implements a new business solution platform.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing and delivering Bluebeam license subscriptions and subscription renewals. Specific requirements include:
- Providing prorated pricing for new and renewal subscriptions to align with a June 20th term date;
- Ensuring all licenses are co-termed to the June 20th anniversary date;
- Guaranteeing delivery within 48 hours of ordering;
- Offering discount percentages for volume purchases.

The agreement will have an initial one-year term with an option for four additional one-year extensions at the City's discretion. Vendors must be authorized resellers of Bluebeam products.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year, with options to extend for four additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Santa Monica, California.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized resellers of Bluebeam products. Successful bidders must provide insurance documentation naming the City as Additional Insured prior to the issuance of a contractual services agreement. They must also comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including non-discrimination policies.
