Bid No. 26-21 Custodial and Maintenance Supplies

Background
The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD), the seventh-largest public school district in California, is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Bid No. 26-21 Custodial and Maintenance Supplies through its Maintenance and Operations Department.
The District serves approximately 44,000 students across various educational institutions and aims to procure custodial and maintenance supplies on an as-needed basis, with the flexibility to adjust order quantities as necessary.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase and delivery of custodial and maintenance supplies, including but not limited to:
1. Sylvnia Light Bulb (600 EA) - 11/T8/LED/48-850/DR or equal.
2. 3M Stripper Pad (600 CS) - High Pro Strip Pad 5/CS or equal.
3. Grainer Trash Liners (100 CS) - .35 mil 24X23 Black 7 GA Can Liner 500/CS or equal.
4. Rubbermaid Commercial Trash Can (850 EA) - Rectangular 28QT Wastebasket Grey or equal.
5. 3M Easy Trap Sweep & Dust Sheets (450 CS) - 8" x 6", 250 Sheets/Roll or equal.
6. U-line Trash Liners (6,000 CS) - 1.5 Mil Black/Clear 40x46 Heavy Duty Liner 44GA 200/CS or equal.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement is one year from the date of Board approval, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods, making a maximum contract duration of three years.

Place of Performance
The supplies will be delivered to the San Bernardino City Unified School District Warehouse located at 871 North 'J' Street, San Bernardino, California, unless otherwise specified in the purchase order.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with various certifications including Equal Opportunity Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion, and must provide a W-9 form.
