Description

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), California Southern Region, San Bernardino, Inyo, Mono Unit (BDU) Headquarters, Paving and Utility Replacement Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and replace all Asphalt Concrete (AC) paved areas with vehicular concrete paving and to provide new underground domestic water lines, a sanitary sewer line, and natural gas lines.
Background
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is responsible for protecting California's natural resources and providing fire protection services.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the infrastructure at the BDU Headquarters by replacing existing paving and utility systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete the following tasks:
1. Remove and replace all Asphalt Concrete (AC) paved areas with new vehicular concrete paving.
2. Install new underground domestic water lines.
3. Install a new sanitary sewer line.
4. Install new natural gas lines.
