Background
The Port of Everett is seeking proposals from software providers to replace its existing marina management software. The Port operates the largest public marina on the West Coast, which includes over 2,200 permanent boat slips and various guest moorage options.
The goal of this contract is to implement a unified, modern management platform that integrates core functions such as moorage management, billing, guest services, communications, and field operations into a single system. This upgrade aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work Details
The selected provider will deliver a cloud-based software solution that includes:
1) Customer Relationship Management;
2) Payment and Billing Management;
3) Marina Slips and Facility Management;
4) Integrations or APIs for various third-party software;
5) Reporting and Analytics.
The implementation will also include assistance with user adoption strategies and ongoing support for data migration from the existing system. The provider must ensure minimal disruption during implementation while transferring approximately 5,000 to 5,500 customer accounts.

Proposers must have at least five years of experience delivering SaaS solutions for marina or harbor management systems. Additionally, they should offer customer account management, slip reservations and billing, PCI compliant point-of-sale processing, integration with Microsoft Business Central via APIs or secure data exchange, and data encryption.
