The California Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD), hereinafter referred to as State, invites you to review and welcomes proposals for the ATM space located at the May Lee State Office Complex (MLSOC), 651 Bannon Street, Sacramento, Sacramento County, California. The ATM area is ten (10) square feet (SQ FT) and located on the first floor of the MLSOC. The State is seeking an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services (here after referred to as Awarded Bidder ) for employees and visitors of the MLSOC. DGS interpretation of ATM services may include, but is not limited to withdrawal of money, cash deposit, and check deposit. Awarded Bidder shall maintain a high level of customer service at all times. DGS satisfaction must be a priority. Proposal Submission Information Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. In submitting your proposal, you must comply with the instructions herein. All proposals submitted for consideration must be received by the date as specified on the cover page labeled SUBMISSION DUE DATE . The State may not consider any proposal in which material/information requested is not furnished or where unclear or incomplete information is provided. Prospective Bidders are hereby notified that this award shall be made in the best interest of the State and the State reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this request. The Awarded Bidder has the opportunity to service the ATM during non-business hours. The awarded bidder is fully responsible to abide by the terms of the License while working in the building during non-business hours.

The ATM area is ten (10) square feet and is seeking an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services for employees and visitors of the MLSOC. The State is seeking an ATM operator that provides reliable ATM service, offers out-of-network transactions with reduced fees, establishes and maintains control over all aspects of the ATMs operation, works closely with DGS, FMD staff to resolve all issues quickly and effectively, and provides independent internet connectivity.

Work Details
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into an ATM License Agreement for ATM operations to employees and visitors of the MLSOC location. The State is seeking an ATM operator that is committed to providing reliable ATM service(s), offers out-of-network transactions with reduced fees, establishes and maintains control over all aspects of the ATMs operation, works closely with DGS, FMD staff to resolve all issues quickly and effectively, and provides independent internet connectivity.
The rent is $200.00 per month and includes utilities, excluding the cost for internet. The ATM is required to be accessible five (5) days a week from 6:30 AM through 4:30 PM excluding all official State and Federal holidays.

Period of Performance
The proposed time schedule includes the RFP advertisement period from June 12, 2024 through June 26, 2024; question and answer period from June 27, 2024 to July 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.; submission due date on July 22, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.; evaluation of proposals by the State on July 24, 2024; award bid estimate on July 29, 2024; start of lease operations TBD.
