Artificial Turf Maintenance & Repair Services

Background
The City of Pasadena's Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division is seeking a vendor to provide artificial turf maintenance and repair services at two park locations. The goal of this solicitation is to ensure the upkeep and quality of the artificial turf fields, which are essential for community recreational activities. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price submitted by bidders.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for performing monthly field maintenance at two designated park locations. This includes regular inspections, cleaning, repairs, and any necessary maintenance tasks to ensure the artificial turf remains in optimal condition.

Bidders must provide pricing on all line items specified in the bid documents to be considered responsive; incomplete bids may be ruled unresponsive.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to last for three years with two additional one-year options for renewal, allowing for a total potential duration of five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two park locations within the City of Pasadena, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a C-27 license to qualify for this contract. Additionally, all contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations as per Labor Code section 1725.5.

An electronic bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price is required to accompany all bids.
