Apc Smart Ups Batteries - Brand Specific

Background
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the procurement of APC Smart UPS Batteries, specifically brand-specific models. This solicitation is issued by the Internal Services Department to ensure that the County's operational needs for reliable power backup systems are met. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality batteries that support the County's infrastructure and services.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to supply APC Smart UPS Batteries as specified in the solicitation. The bid must include detailed specifications for each battery model offered, including quantities and any relevant product information. Bidders must ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards set forth in the solicitation documents. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a complete bid package, including all necessary documentation and forms as outlined in Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all products are delivered and accepted by the County. The bid due date is December 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

Place of Performance
Delivery of the APC Smart UPS Batteries will take place at designated locations within Los Angeles County as specified in the purchase order following contract award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the County’s WebVen system prior to submitting a bid. They must also provide a California Sellers Permit Number or Sellers Certificate of Registration-Use Tax Number. Bidders are encouraged to subcontract portions of work to certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), and Community Business Enterprises (CBE). All bids must include completed forms from Appendix A, including but not limited to Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit and Certification of Compliance.
