Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud

Background
The County of Riverside Purchasing, on behalf of the Assessor County-Clerk Recorder (ACR), is soliciting quotations from authorized partners/resellers of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Services.
The goal of this contract is to provide scalable computing and storage capacity, along with rapid self-provisioning computing capabilities through various AWS offerings as detailed in Exhibit A of the RFQ.

Work Details
The services to be provided under this contract include:
- Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Access to third-party services via the AWS Marketplace.
The RFQ specifies that bidders must provide discounts for each service for five years, with specific pricing details required for each year.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract shall be five years, renewable in one-year increments, with a completion date of December 31, 2030.
There is no obligation by the County to purchase any specified amount of goods or services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed and products delivered to Riverside County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the County of Riverside and comply with all local licensing requirements.
They must also provide proof of insurance coverage, including General Liability and Workers' Compensation.
Additionally, bidders must not be debarred from federal or state contracts and must submit necessary documentation for compliance with child support enforcement requirements.
