The City of Murrieta, located in Riverside County, California, is issuing a contract for the construction of pickleball courts at Alderwood Park. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The specific work includes:

- Construction of three (3) concrete pickleball courts at Alderwood Park
- Removal of turf and topsoil
- Import/export of soils
- Grading
- Concrete paving construction
- Court surfacing
- Drainage installation
- Installation of fencing.

The successful bidder must furnish a Labor and Materials Bond and a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
