The work requested under this solicitation involves the redevelopment of the Avalon Facility located at 15914 S. Avalon Boulevard, Compton, California. Access Services seeks to retain a progressive design build team including a general contractor, architect, key subconsultants, and key trade partners to execute this project. Addenda will be distributed via a Dropbox link identified in the RFQ.
Proposals are due by April 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm (PT).
