Access Control System Services

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is seeking a contractor to provide upgrades, maintenance, and support services for the Access Control System at the Veterans Home of California – West Los Angeles.
This initiative aims to enhance security and operational efficiency within the facility, aligning with CalVet's mission to serve veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Upgrading the existing Access Control System to improve functionality and security.
2. Providing ongoing maintenance services to ensure system reliability and performance.
3. Offering technical support services as needed to address any issues that arise with the Access Control System.
The specific tasks and requirements are detailed in Exhibit A: Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years, commencing on May 1, 2025, or upon final approvals.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Home of California (VHC) – West Los Angeles, located at 11500 Nimitz Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90049.
