Work Details
The Contractor is required to establish and maintain a comprehensive Information Security Program that includes:

- Creation and maintenance of Information Security Policies, standards, and procedures.
- Implementation of administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect County Information.
- Development of a Privacy Program that incorporates Privacy Policies and practices into business operations.
- Conducting regular audits, assessments, and testing of security controls.
- Ensuring all County Information is encrypted during storage and transmission.
- Returning or destroying County Information upon request or upon contract termination.
- Conducting background checks on employees with access to County Information.
- Providing annual training on information security procedures to all employees.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a multi-year period as specified in the agreement between the County and the Contractor.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the County of Los Angeles, with specific requirements for secure handling of County Information.
